Your success is our success

About Kynetix

Our customers’ success is our success. We help exchanges, banks, brokers and asset managers streamline their back-office processes for greater efficiency, transparency and security.

Founded in 1996 the business has been delivering Fintech solutions to the financial markets for nearly 30 years, with key industry brands such as JP Morgan, UBS, ABN Amro and BNP Paribas counted amongst our clients.

Our key offering ‘HelloZero’ helps customers drive operational resilience and control around their internal processes and drive reconciliation of their trade data. Our value lies in our ability to efficiently streamline clients’ time to dependable results, consistently, whilst reducing the risk of regulatory intervention and penalties. We are trusted partners to our clients and our field is a high priority for them.

We believe in

  • Putting the user at the heart of everything we do
  • Streamlining complex processes
  • Challenging the status quo and finding better ways to do things
  • Aiming high and celebrating our own, and our clients’ successes
Which means we invest time to really understand our market, listen carefully to our customers, seek highly driven people to join our team and support them to innovate, hone their expertise, and reach their highest potential.

The opportunity

An SDR is the first personal touchpoint in our sales cycle. It is a pure ‘business development’ role focusing on identifying, approaching, and engaging potential new customers through strategic ‘gold calling’, email outreach, video prospecting and targeted insight-based campaigns.

The role was introduced to Kynetix in 2021 and has proven to be a successful route to generating new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline for our organisation.

Our SDRs boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

In line with our culture, we want our SDRs to grow beyond the role! In time, we’d like the successful candidate to take on more of the Sales process, with supported development to help you in that endeavour.
